Is the hustle and bustle of the holiday season leaving your head spinning? Join us and SLOW DOWN for a full-body yin yoga class paired with affirmations to help set the tone for the next 12 months. Each pose is held for about 4 minutes and paired with an affirmation to focus on as you get a deep stretch. The class will be followed by a year-end review and goal-setting journaling session. Please bring a yoga mat, a notebook, and a writing instrument.
This yoga class will take approximately 1 hour, followed by a 15-30 minute journaling session. Held in Harborview Studio. FREE for members.
