SPORTS 101
Sports 101 is an assortment of sports and games for older children. They will learn the different rules and fundamentals with each given sport/activity that will vary week to week.
FLAG FOOTBALL
Introduction to the basic skills of catching, throwing, running, kicking and receiving. Develop understanding of the basic rules of football to help them grow toward games. Learn common drills and skills of playing flag football. Proper running, catching, and basic plays of the game.
SOCCER
Learn how to play soccer, the structure of a soccer game, and the rules of soccer.
